3. Quote Requests and Pricing

  • All quotes provided through our website are estimates and subject to change based on final vehicle details, route conditions, and scheduling.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed in a written transport agreement before any services commence.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to fuel surcharges, route changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all quote requests and communications
  • Ensure vehicles are accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location
  • Disclose any vehicle conditions that may affect transport (inoperable, modified, oversized, etc.)
  • Remove all personal belongings from vehicles prior to transport
  • Maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance

5. Insurance and Liability

  • All vehicles transported by Nationwide Fleet Solutions are covered by comprehensive carrier insurance during transit.
  • Pre- and post-transport condition reports are completed for every vehicle.
  • Claims for damage must be reported at the time of delivery and documented on the condition report.
  • Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the individual transport agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup are subject to no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows at the time of pickup will be charged the full cancellation fee.
